These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through HetkiShop. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We do our best to ensure that product descriptions and images accurately represent our products. As many of our items are made to order or produced in small batches, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully received.

3. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

If a parcel is returned because it was not collected or an incorrect delivery address was provided, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be sent again.

4. Returns

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method.

6. Warranty

Consumers are entitled to the statutory warranty provided under Finnish and EU consumer protection legislation.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfil our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and other materials, is the property of HetkiShop unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. Any changes will apply only to orders placed after the updated version has been published on this website.
